PsyD in clinical psychology at the Michigan School of Professional Psychology; Certified Group Psychotherapist through the American Group Psychotherapy Association; EMDR Certified with EMDRIA; Advanced training for 10 years in Existential-Humanistic therapy at the Existential-Humanistic Institute (EHI); Extensive Gestalt therapy training for 5 years in training group with Sid Berkowitz, PhD; Advanced year-long training in group therapy at The Psychotherapy Institute in Berkeley

I am co-founder of In Real Life (IRL) Men's Groups, a group practice dedicated to creating more spaces for men to express themselves and show up more fully in their lives; my co-therapist and I currently lead 5 men's groups in Berkeley and online.

I have been involved for 10 years with the Existential-Humanistic Institute, which provides advanced training for students who have been practicing post-grad and looking to deepen their work; I served as Clinical Training Director at EHI for a 3-year term.

I am also a long-standing member of Arts Omega for the past 13 years, a group of 25 therapists who have trained in E-H therapy and gather annually to help each other do personal work in relation to their professional roles as psychotherapists.
