Clinical Psychologist
I am a licensed psychologist, with a doctorate in psychology degree. I am specially trained in four main areas: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I provide treatment to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and also teach and supervise other clinicians.
Tired of endlessly searching for a therapist who "gets it"? You're looking for someone genuine and down-to-earth who gets straight to the point—someone who uses effective, evidence-based approaches to help you understand what's happening and create lasting change.

That's my approach. Whether you're a parent seeking help for your child or teen, an adult needing to get life back on track, or a couple wanting to fix their relationship, I'm here to help. My goal is to move my clients from bad, to good, and then to great, and put myself out of a job.

I've been helping clients since 1998, working in various settings and in private practice. I also have experience teaching, supervising, and founding a group practice, a nonprofit, and a podcast. Professionals often refer me their complex or "stuck" situations due to my multiple multiple specialties. Check out my website for more info on my expertise.
